An Extravagant Entryway Can boost the Value of Your Home

Imagine your invited to your friend's home in the Hamptons. You're already excited because it's in the Hamptons, must be exclusive, and beautiful, right? You know houses in the area sell for upwards of a million dollars. You get there and enter the home, only to notice a shabby entryway. Possibly old, cracked tile, or vinyl flooring. Maybe even old, warped wood flooring. The attraction is gone. Even if the walls are beautifully painted and exquisitely decorated, the flooring has removed all appeal. Now imagine you're a buyer, this could make or break the sale of that home. There are too many other homes with classy, warm entryways that are inviting to guests.

If this sounds like your home, then it's time to update the flooring in your entryway. Using an expert tile company is key. Marc has been doing rich and appealing entryways at outstanding prices for over twenty years. He has helped many of the Hamptons most prestigious residents improve the value of their homes. Let him help you improve the value and appearance of your special home.

What kind of Materials has Marc Worked with You Ask?

Well imagine having 20 plus years of experience at anything. That's alot of experience for any one person. Marc has worked with stone, marble, granite, glass, ceramic, and even bamboo tile. Yes I said bamboo, bet you didn't even know there was such a thing. He takes his time to produce a rich, artistic expression with every project he touches. Always to the exact preference of his current customer. He has been known to go to extraordinary lengths to find the exact material needed to please the owner, and always does so. With many suppliers at his disposal he seems to seamlessly complete the task at hand.

History of Accurate Tile Installation

The company was started in 1995 by owner and operator Marc S. Tokach. A self starter he began working with tile in 1983, as a junior mechanic. Marc spent the next year working with a tile mechanic with years of experience. Learning every aspect of the business and slowly purchasing each individual tool, one at a time. Then he worked with an Italian tile mechanic for half a year learning some foreign methods of tile installation and bathroom renovation. Until 1983 he worked with several larger companies to gain the experience to someday start his own business. Eventually he was to meet Brian Gladstone of "Fine Design", who requested his services and knowledge of stone work, and whom he would start a long standing business relationship with, that still exists to this date. In 1990 he traveled to the west coast, working with several contractors in San Diego studying their practices and codes. He would stay there and work until 1994. But the East End of Long Island stayed in his heart and he returned. This brought forth the birth of Accurate Tile Installation in 1995. Since then he has built business realtionships with some of the Hampton's most sought after residents, and maintained these relationships for many years. Marc's work regardless of his competitive prices remains remains high end quality work. He would have it no other way.
Now married, and raising his first child, he has expanded his business to include to upper end of the North and South fork. Remember with Accurate Tile installation "Quality is always Priority", and that isn't just a logo.
